Get ready for the GFC, Super 32s, and other pre-season events at Spartan Lightning, held in the Michigan State Wrestling Room.

When: Monday nights, September 22-October 27 (6 practices)

Location: MSU Wrestling Room in IM West Building on Campus

Time: 6-8pm

Age Group - 8th grade - 12th grade

Cost: $70 for all 6 practices or $15 per practice

Coached by former MSU Assistant Coach and NCAA All-American Chris Williams, assisted by other MSU coaches and wrestlers.
