#1 (120) Blum/Lyons 126 Lehre
#9 Boone 132 Morse/Eubank

#1 Crace/Engle 175 #2 Gautreau/#3 (190) Bensinger
190 #3 (215) Hush
McFarland 215
#7 Acosta 285 #13 Sides

Outlook:  The Red Arrows are sitting in a good spot to return to the finals and will take on a familiar foe in Gaylord.  A few highlighted matches in the one will make the dual exciting.  106, 150, 157, 175, and 285 are all great matchups to watch for.  The Blue Devils have been on a hot streak to close out the season, but expect the overall depth of Lowell to push them back into the championship match for the 10th straight season.

D2 #2 Goodrich vs D2 #3 Plainwell

D2 #2 Goodrich Weight D2 #3 Plainwell
#7 Angelo/Clark 106 Starett/Nieuwenhuis
113 Almaguer
Garza 120 Sutherland
Davis 126 #10 Gyorkos
#3 Orcutt/Cheff 132 Gonyeau/Lynch
138 #11 Madison/Vega
Francis/Garrard 144
Switzenburg 150 Meert
#11 Golec 157 Beck
#3 Macklem 165 #2 Robinson
#3 Benson 175 Lyons
#1 Phipps/Carlson 190 Preuss
Purdue 215 Schumacher
#1 Mahon 285 #8 Young

Outlook:  In terms of decibels, there won't be a louder dual than this one.  Plainwell packed the stands for the quarters and will likely do so again for the semis as they take on undefeated Goodrich.  Goodrich has a tough lineup top-to-bottom, highlighted by a veteran group of upper weights, four of whom sit in the top-three of the rankings.  Plainwell rolls out a solid lineup as well and there should be a ton of swing matches from start to finish.  The Trojans will look to keep their breakout season alive, but it will not be an easy overtaking of the defending finalists.

D3 #1 Dundee vs D3 #5 Constantine

D3 #1 Dundee Weight D3 #5 Constantine
#1 Nutt/#2 Haines 106 Osborne
#4 Broderick 113 Vavul
#1 Kluce 120 Like
#1 C.Chinavare/Amrhein 126 #10 Geibe
#1 Davis 132 C.Featherstone/Kee
#1 K.Chinavare/#4 (132) Beaufait 138 M.Featherstone

#4 (165) Fenbert/Collins 175 Hawthorne
190 #1 Demas/#12 (285) Reed
Lephew/Massingill 215 #2 VandenBerg
Bruck 285

Outlook:  Constantine makes their first semifinal appearance since 2003 and takes on an extremely tough Dundee squad.  The Vikings should be favored in 11 weights and advanced to yet another final.  Constantine does not have many easy outs, however, as they have very strong lineup all the way through, especially in the upper weights.

D3 #2 Algonac vs D3 #3 Whitehall

D3 #2 Algonac Weight D3 #3 Whitehall
Langewicz 106 Manzo
#7 Campbell 113 Waller
#4 Gartin 120 Taranko/Krukowski
#7 Shannon/Bennett 126 Varela
#13 Bright 132
#7 Clemons/Tilly 138 Christensen/English
144
Walker 150 #6 Mack
#11 (165) Romanowski 157 #13 (165) Goodrich
Hadden 165 #5 (175) Jenkins
#1 Kasner 175 Wisniewski
#7 Hiltunen/Ladd 190 #6 (215) J.Cook
215 #1 (285) S.Cook/Morningstar
#11 Maciag/#15 Ferrara 285

Outlook:  Very good semifinal match here made more intriguing by the fact that Whitehall slid a chunk of their upper weights down a class.  With Algonac having the advantage down low, whoever controls the middle weights will have the upper hand on the dual in general.  It's very possible that it could be a 7-7 split, but if either team is going to win more than that, the Muskrats have a higher probability.  Whitehall will look to advance to the finals for the second time in three years, while Algonac is making history with each win in their first trip.
