Wt Classes:     65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 120, 130, 145, 160, 175, 195, 285

Eligibility:    Recommend pre qualification for a qualifying tournament is to be a returning state placewinner in any of the youth state organizations (NEMWA, MYWA, MMWA, USAW)

GEL FINALS:    Top 6 placewinners in each of the three GEL qualifiers will qualify for the GEL Finals
     

GEL FINALS:    Sunday, February 16th - Location TBD
 *If you attend all 3 qualifiers, the registration fee for the finals is free 

All-Competition Requirements
- All athletes must have USAW Membership.  Limited Folkstyle is an option 

- Coaches must have USAW Coaches Leadership Certification

Tournament Format
        Full, double-elimination brackets placing to 6th
        Round-robin in the case of six wrestlers or less

Rules        
- 1:30-1:30-1:30 period length
- Folkstyle Rules - New NFHS Rules will be used, including 3 point TDs and 2-3-4 point NF
- Headgear is optional

Weigh-Ins:     All events will use on-site weigh ins the morning of the event

Awards:    Custom GEL Medals to top four placewinners at each qualifying tournament.

For the GEL Finals - Champions receive a custom GEL State Championship Bracket. Top 6 placewinners receive GEL Plaques.
